Our clients both needed some vision and direction for their people agenda, and a strategic plan against which they could focus their efforts.

Working with their HR teams and business representatives, we gained insights into the business strategy and its requirements of the organisation and its people. We analysed the existing people proposition, and identified areas that needed to change to enable the business to achieve its goals and to enhance employee engagement. The product was a people vision, a framework, a long term strategic plan of required initiatives plus an annual plan of deliverables for the year ahead. Additionally we developed a full communications plan to ensure maximum support for this agenda from the business leaders and employees.

Feedback we received was that the plan had been very well received by key stakeholders, and enabled the HR function to demonstrate its value in supporting the business agenda.
