Jan Lavery has 20 years’ strategic and commercial experience working at Board level driving the people agenda. She has gained particular expertise operating in businesses undergoing rapid change.

Jan has been consulting since 2006, supporting clients within a range of sectors, including professional services, FMCG, printing and charities.

Until 2006 Jan worked at Vodafone, where she held a number of senior roles, including HR director for the UK business and Director of Organisation Development and Resourcing. Prior to this, Jan spent many years with Ernst & Young as a HR director for a number of client-facing business units.
