Jane Boiston has 20 years experience in all aspects of HR management, with particular expertise in organisation design & development and change management

Jane was with Vodafone for 18 years until 2007, working in a variety of senior HR roles, both regionally and for the UK business. Her last role was Head of Organisation and Change for the Europe Region.

Her organisation development highlights were supporting the first overseas expansions; company acquisitions and integrations; downsizing and numerous organisation design changes at all levels aimed at building a global organisation.

Prior to joining Vodafone, Jane worked in the retail management and manufacturing sectors.
