Our client had grown significantly over the last 20 years, both in the UK and overseas, and now wished to re-align its structure to support a global business model.

We facilitated a process with their Executive Team to assess the drivers for change, to understand what worked and what didn’t today, and to outline their requirements of a new operating style in order to deliver their ambitious goals and targets. Together we designed a new operating model, building truly global corporate functions, clarifying roles and responsibilities, amending structures and aligning existing departments behind their purpose and goals.

The results came to fruition over time as the implementation plan was executed, including elimination of overlap and duplication, clarity of roles, and efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
