
The challenge was to analyse the changing market conditions, and to determine with our client what changes needed to be made in the business to equip them to succeed in a highly competitive environment. We ran a series of workshops with the Board members of the business, problem solving with them the issues they needed to address, the blockers that stood in their way, and how they could implement solutions to secure their performance. Changes they highlighted during the process included alterations to roles, management processes and customer interfaces.
The outcome was a strategic change programme that had buy in and ownership from the Board and provided clarity of vision for the future.
