
It started with a vision – to create a world class learning and development proposition for their people. This client saw the potential for improvement that would drive attraction, motivation and engagement of staff, and advance business performance significantly.
Our task was to research their current globally dispersed L&D landscape, identifying the areas of opportunity to create a more efficient global organisation to support an enhanced learning experience for their people.
With significant investment of time and energy from those working in these areas, a wide range of solutions was developed. Solutions included redefining the learning portfolio, aligning learning interventions to competencies, enhancing internal marketing and communications, working more effectively with suppliers and re-focussing roles and responsibilities.
The result is a programme of work, scaled to suit global needs and local office requirements, which is currently being implemented.
